About the Role
The Senior Service Delivery Specialist leads the coordination of IDS services at the Flinders City Campus, ensuring consistent and effective support throughout the year. Working closely with City Campus Services and IDS leadership, you will proactively adapt services based on shifting needs, emerging trends and usage patterns.
This hands‑on role offers a genuine step into leadership. While there are no direct reports With a focus on operational coordination, you will work collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver integrated, responsive support to staff and students.
Please note, because of the nature of this role, remote work is not a viable option and you may be required to work within the City Campus hours of operation, these being Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. Hours worked may be undertaken on a rostered arrangement.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the IDS City Campus service.
Aligning IT & AV service delivery to City Campus staff and student needs.
Engaging in regular consultation and communication with team leads, management, and key stakeholders to ensure effective escalation, alignment, and delivery of campus support services.
Providing clear, timely, and customer‑focused advice and support through multiple channels, including in‑person assistance, phone enquiries, emails, meetings, and AV/technology troubleshooting.
Contributing to documentation, knowledge‑sharing, and standardisation of processes
Identifying opportunities to enhance support services by monitoring incident and problem trends, contributing insights to enterprise risk, service improvement, and compliance activities.

About You
With a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant technical area, and / or equivalent relevant experience in an IT environment, you have a broad knowledge of ICT frameworks including change control, incident and problem management principles and an understanding of risk management and the interaction of technical systems.
You are confident with technology, both general IT and AV, and possess exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Keys to success in this role include:
Previous success co-ordinating teams within a service delivery context.
Experience in dealing with stakeholder/customer relationships and expectations.
A broad knowledge of ICT technologies such as Windows and MAC endpoints, M365, Audio Visual systems and experience of this support in-line with change control, incident and problem management principles
