Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a skilled Security Protective Services & Response Specialist to help protect our people, operations, and reputation by analyzing global threats, supporting crisis response, and strengthening security preparedness.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support and, when appropriate, lead crisis management and emergency response activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor geopolitical developments, security trends, and emerging threats, and produce clear, actionable threat intelligence and analysis.
  • Provide investigative and analytical support for security, HR, ethics, and compliance-related matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Serve as a security point of contact for regional and global stakeholders, supporting leaders and functions on security-related issues, travel risk, and protective measures.
  • Contribute to international security engagement efforts, including support for high-risk travel, events, and cross-border initiatives.
  • Design, support, and participate in tabletop exercises to test and improve crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity capabilities.
  • Partner with Business Continuity Management Program (BCMP) stakeholders to align security risk management with continuity planning.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on topics such as travel security, crisis response, workplace security, and threat reporting.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in corporate security, intelligence analysis, crisis management, risk management, or a related field, ideally with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of crisis management and emergency response principles in a corporate or institutional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in threat assessment, geopolitical or security analysis, and/or investigative support.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a corporate response, global security operations, or similar function within a multinational organization; law enforcement and/or military experience is a plus.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CFE, or relevant intelligence/analytical credentials).
  • Experience designing or delivering tabletop exercises and supporting business continuity or crisis management programs.
  • Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and cultural environments related to security, privacy, and ethics in multiple regions.
  • Multilingual capabilities is a plus.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
