Senior Security Pentester - AI Tutor

Mindfort AI is seeking Senior Security Pentester’s for a premier project with one of the world's top AI Security Companies. You will help evaluate and harden the security of systems that power cutting-edge AI models. Your work will focus on identifying vulnerabilities, documenting findings clearly, and proposing practical remediations.

You’re a good fit if you:

• Are currently based in the US.
• Have a strong background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Have 6+ years of hands-on penetration testing or offensive security experience, ideally across web apps, infrastructure, and/or cloud environments.
• Have deep familiarity with common frameworks and tools (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, Burp Suite, nmap, Metasploit, custom tooling/scripts).
• Have experience with threat modeling, red teaming, and designing complex attack scenarios, ideally in modern cloud or AI/ML-heavy environments.
• Are comfortable scoping and owning end-to-end engagements, from discovery and exploitation through reporting and remediation guidance.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain risk, impact, and remediation steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a methodical, documented approach to testing.

More details about the role:

• You will work directly with applied AI engineers & CTO.
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
• There is up to 40 hours of work available per week; we ask for a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
• The work is fully remote and asynchronous, so it’s flexible around your schedule.
• The project is scoped for approximately 1–3 months.
