Boeing Security & Fire Operations (S&FO) is seeking a highly skilled Security & Fire Multi-Operational Specialist to support our Oklahoma City site. This role requires a versatile professional capable of managing multi-discipline security and fire operations under the general direction of the OKC Site S&FO Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Boeing’s core values, work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary security focal for the OKC site and other assigned locations
Work in physical security and fire prevention programs, including uniformed security contract management (financial, compliance, and performance oversight)
Lead Emergency Management functions as the primary Emergency Manager for the OKC site, including Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Incident Management support
Collaborate with local agencies and community partners to enhance security, fire, and emergency management programs protecting people, property, product, and information (P3i)
Act as secondary Fire Prevention focal, ensuring Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems are operational, compliant, and properly maintained during remodels and new construction
Coordinate special events and assign critical resources as needed
Support site and regional Threat Management Teams
Provide support for the Incoming Foreign Visits (IFV) process
Support Security technology such as Access Management Systems (AMS), Video System Security (VSS), Radio services
Provide secondary support for Lock and Key Services as required
Take part in site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain and update S&FO website and service pages for employees and business partners
Proactively integrate safety into day-to-day services and influence a safety culture within all efforts by the S&FO team, to include our contract security provider.
Drive initiatives and special projects to improve productivity and cost efficiency
Consistently deliver customer service excellence with agility, first-time quality, and flexibility
Perform other S&FO related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service-oriented role
3+ years of experience with Emergency Management processes and S&FO policies
Experience with Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems operation and management
Ability to work occasional after-hours for incident response
Experience in engaging with senior and executive leadership
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of combined education and relevant experience
3+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership in issue resolution and risk mitigation
Experience with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across cross-functional teams
Experience with Government Security processes and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
