The Digital Delivery Team provides enterprise-wide support to large programs and strategic initiatives, enabling them to deliver at scale. As an embedded partner, we collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable operating models, foster self-organizing workflows, and establish journey-level roadmaps and targets. We're seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master/Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team and lead multiple Agile squads in a large-scale program. As a key member of our diverse and inclusive team, you'll play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions on our proprietary platform, which is essential to driving client acquisition. Our squads are dedicated to leveraging the latest technologies and Scaled Agile practices to achieve exceptional results. What will you do?

  • Promote and drive adoption of Agile Methodologies and Agile Mindset (Drive Business Value, Deliver in Iterations, Collaboration)
  • Remove impediments to deliver outcomes and results through proactive management of external dependencies, critical thinking/problem solving, and development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges
  • Navigate and identify shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives. Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
  • Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues. Facilitate and engage in business analysis, user experience and technical conversations across platforms and multiple levels of influence
  • Work in a Scaled Agile Program and collaborate with other scrum masters and squads to work collectively and deliver capabilities on the client acquisition platform
  • Communicate cross functionally, ensuring transparency of progress and outcomes; Report team progress and accomplishment up and across; Facilitate status updates (including project financials and running concurrent Agile projects under fast-paced work environment), product demos and retrospectives

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Proven Scrum Master experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory to drive team success.
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner: Hold a current certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner, demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills: Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly and concisely with confidence, and influence others to achieve common goals.
  • Agile project delivery experience: Experience delivering projects or programs in an Agile environment, with a focus on medium-to-large scale initiatives, using influence to facilitate outcomes.
  • Agile technique expertise: Ability to apply well-documented Agile techniques, such as:
    • User Stories
    • Burndown techniques
    • Acceptance Test-Driven Development
    • Continuous testing
    • SAFe and/or Scaled Agile experience is a plus
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills: Ability to effectively prioritize own workload, focus on multiple streams of work, and manage competing demands to achieve results.

Nice-to-have

  • Strong IT delivery background: A proven track record of delivering IT projects, with a preference for experience in software development or systems analysis.
  • RBC Agile Management Framework expertise: Experience applying the RBC Agile Management Framework to deliver medium to large complexity projects, including familiarity with the Enterprise Decision Support PAR (Project Approval Request) process.
  • Test Automation expertise: Experience with and/or knowledge of Test Automation tools and approaches, including the ability to design and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
