REQ14493 Senior Scrum Master (Open)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide coaching and mentoring to the scrum masters and scrum teams.
Facilitate changes in workflows and development practices to improve efficiency and align with business practices
Review the frameworks and tools used by the development teams with a view to improve delivery
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership for the Scrum Masters through mentoring, facilitating cross-team collaboration and aligning methodologies practices
- Work with Product Owner and provide techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.
- Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize values.
- Coaching multiple Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality, removing impediments and facilitating Scrum events.
- Helping the Scrum Teams to understand and practice Agility, Helping the Scrum Team and Stakeholders to understand and enact the Scrum theory, practices, rules and values.
- Work with Scrum Masters to define the best Agile practice across the organization and promote Agile Adoption.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- At least 7 years of solid experience in Scrum Master.
- Proven track record in working with distributed & Scaled Scrum teams in different time zones and a complex working environment.
- Experience in working in the gaming and hospitality industry in a plus.
- Degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts.
- Agile certification such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Scaled Professional Scrum (Nexus) or equivalent.
- Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
- Proficiency in Agile management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
