Our approach to R&D Position Summary You will join our Singapore team as a Senior Scientist focused on analytical science that supports research and development. You will design and run analytical methods, interpret data, and work closely with internal teams and external partners. We value curiosity, practical problem solving, clear communication and collaboration. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Design, develop and validate analytical methods to support process development and technology transfer. - Plan and execute experiments, analyse results and recommend next steps. - Troubleshoot analytical or operational issues and implement corrective actions. - Prepare clear technical reports, protocols and data summaries for project teams. - Collaborate with internal functions and external laboratories to deliver timely analytical data. - Mentor junior scientists and support laboratory improvements and data integrity. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline. - Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience with a Bachelor degree, or 1 to 3 years with a Master degree. - Hands-on experience in HPLC/UPLC method development and routine analysis. - Practical knowledge of laboratory best practices, documentation and data integrity. - Good written and verbal English communication skills. - This is an on-site role in Singapore. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience with LC-MS, GC, capillary electrophoresis or other advanced analytical techniques. - Experience supporting technology transfers and working with contract laboratories. - Knowledge of stability testing, trend analysis and regulatory reporting. - Experience leading investigations and root cause analysis. - Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff. - Familiarity with laboratory information management systems and analytical data software.
