We are currently seeking experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Recruiting & Onboarding) to be part of the SAP HR team providing support and maintenance activities to a DXC client.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to proactively monitor and support business critical SAP systems, particularly within the scope of the SAP SuccessFactors solution, which is linked to an SAP ECC system (incl. SAP HCM module). 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management) 

  • Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management) 

  • Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client 
     

Experience Required 

  • Senior SAP consultant with 5+ years of SAP Consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Focus on/expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules 

  • Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s) 

Personal Profile/Attributes 

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills 

  • Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable 

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver 

  • Willing to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules
