Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO modules, resolving application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high complexity and risk.
- Lead root cause analysis and propose effective solutions, considering system integration, security, and business impact.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICO, with a strong understanding of its functions, interfaces, and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Deliver enhancements, configuration changes, and new functionalities as part of project implementations or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and prioritize work assignments within the team, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable SAP solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development through training, certifications, and cross-skilling.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of SAP FICO-related solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
- Support planning and execution of rollout activities, including testing, documentation, and user training.
- Communicate effectively across client teams and delivery management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure resolution.

- FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)
- SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP FICO with hands-on expertise in both support and implementation environments.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in managing or leading SAP teams in a client-facing role.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
