Similarweb

Senior Salesforce Project Manager

Tel Aviv Full Time

Similarweb is the leading digital intelligence platform used by over 3500 global customers. Our wide range of solutions power the digital strategies of companies like Google, eBay, and Adidas.

We help our customers succeed in today’s digital world by giving them access to data-driven insights, competitive benchmarks, strategic analysis, and more.

In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we haven’t stopped growing since!

If you enjoy understanding the why behind business needs - and then building the how yourself - this role is for you.
This role is hands-on and focused on personally designing and building Salesforce solutions.

You’ll own both analysis and execution, crafting secure, scalable org designs and developing sophisticated automations using Flow Builder.

You’ll be stepping into a mature, highly connected Salesforce environment that powers the entire customer lifecycle. Our stack includes tools like Marketing Cloud, LeanData, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, DocuSign, Appcues, Catalyst, and more - all tightly integrated into Salesforce. This is a complex, automation-heavy ecosystem where thoughtful design decisions, platform limits, and long-term scalability truly matter.

What you’ll do:

Architecture & Design: Architect scalable organizational setups while ensuring alignment with governance standards, Salesforce limits, and long-term maintainability.

Security & Access: Define and implement robust security models, including role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.

Automation Development: Design and maintain complex Flow architectures (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows, subflows) with a focus on fault handling and performance.

Declarative Focus: Maximize the use of declarative tools to build efficient solutions with minimal reliance on custom code.

Integrations: Own and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations across the customer lifecycle, including data flow design, error handling, and impact analysis.

System Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, developers, and system owners to design scalable and resilient integration patterns.

User Experience: Configure intuitive screen flows, page layouts, and Lightning record pages that balance high usability with strict governance.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to align all solutions with broader organizational goals.

Data Integrity: Oversee data strategy, including imports, cleansing, deduplication, and maintaining high-quality data structures across Salesforce orgs.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience

  • Has a strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices

  • Excels at problem-solving and clear communication

  • Works independently and manages work effectively

    Nice to have:
  • Professional Services or consulting experience, especially in client-facing delivery

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint-based workflows

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
