About the role
Join MYOB as a Senior Developer - Salesforce and be part of a daring team that drives innovation! As a Salesforce Senior Developer, your role will blend technical architecture, solution construction, and hands-on engineering. Our developers lead the creation, development, testing, deployment, and operations of our technology solutions. You'll have the chance to create a significant impact by improving our business management platform, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technology.
About you:
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent technical experience in using the Salesforce platform to architect and deliver end-to-end coordinated solutions.
- Robust history of developing scalable, manageable, event-based architectures employing current integration patterns.
- Work closely with business collaborators and product teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability - able to translate complex problems into effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, advocating guidelines, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows, ensuring reliable deployment processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Tertiary degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Python,
Node.js, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, CI/CD tooling (GitHub/Bitbucket, Splunk/Sumologic) and test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge and understanding of building APEX code/classes, triggers, integrations, Visualforce/ Lightning UI components.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying real-time and batch integration solutions for Salesforce and other platforms through REST/Bulk APIs.
- Experience with Agile development environments, secure coding practices, and security implementations.
