Elders Limited

Senior Sales Support Officer

Geelong, VIC Part time

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Officer to join our growing team in Geelong on a Permanent, Part-Time basis.

As a Senior Sales Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—delivering exceptional service, providing high-level administrative support, and ensuring our sales teams can focus on building strong client relationships. Working within a dynamic real estate–focused branch, this role offers significant scope for professional growth, with a clear pathway toward becoming an Agent’s Representative or even a Licensed Agent in the future. If you don’t currently hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate, we can support you in obtaining it so you can legally participate in the real estate components of the role.

The Geelong branch is primarily focused on Real Estate, Banking, and Finance, with Insurance operating as a separate team upstairs. This means the role is broad, varied, and well-suited to someone who enjoys being a generalist while still developing specialist expertise.

You’ll also play a key part in supporting strategic sales initiatives, managing office operations, executing marketing activities, and mentoring junior staff—all while representing Elders as a trusted professional within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative and operational support to ensure a superior client experience
• Coordinate and enhance the end-to-end sales process across multiple service areas
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities, bringing creativity and flair to strengthen the Elders brand
• Support digital engagement, including social media and online marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to implement innovative solutions for clients
• Represent Elders at field days, client meetings, and community events to build strong local networks
• Assist with CRM management and real estate software to support effective client tracking
• Support branch operations including banking, deposits, finance administration, and general office procedures
• Contribute to reporting, expense management, and broader operational workflows
• Mentor junior Sales Support Officers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

About You
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions have a real impact
• Bring strong administration and computer skills, with the ability to work both proactively and autonomously
• Demonstrate creativity and marketing capability, especially across digital and social platforms
• Have excellent people skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
• Ideally have real estate knowledge; an Agent’s Representative Certificate is highly regarded (training available if required)
• Be familiar with CRMs and real estate software, or eager to learn
• Embrace a broad role that includes real estate support, banking activities, and general finance administration
• Be a willing learner who is adaptable and solutions-focused
• Have previous experience in real estate support, sales, or marketing (advantageous but not essential)
