Summary of This Role

Auris is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our growing sales organization. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals for Outside sales, who can drive revenue and align with our company’s values and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and interview to extending offers and onboarding for sales roles at all levels.
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand business goals, team structure, and hiring needs to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source top talent proactively using a mix of direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, social media, and job boards.
  • Assess candidates for both sales performance potential and cultural fitbased on Auris’s ideal talent profile, ensuring a high-quality and consistent hiring process.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to provide insights, improve efficiency, and driving hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, and Hiring managers to ensure alignment on job offers and onboarding.
  • Mentor recruiters and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools and employer branding initiatives.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3+ year focused specifically on sales hiring (B2B, SaaS, tech, or similar industries preferred.)
  • Provent success hiring quota-carrying sales professionals
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and incentives to effectively assess and attract sales talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to inform strategy.
  • Coaching or mentoring experience.
