The Senior Sales Operations Representative coordinates the operation of the Air and Water Store Locations (Pro Solutions Centers), sales execution and customer relations. Responsible for the daily workflow to achieve sales targets and other key metrics, including safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with business procedures, policies, and local regulations.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Support Commercial Plan to achieve sales and customer service commitments in support of Regional Goals:

  • Administer the sales to customers, consumers, and HVAC installers in coordination with the Senior Manager DFS Sales in accordance with all Company Policies.
  • Own store sales targets.  Coordinate with team to achieve those targets.
  • Support direct sales to improve effective selling time and increase sales volume consistent with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Handle daily customer calls and visit customers requesting information on prices, specifications, availability of merchandise and other commercial requirements.
  • Manage and process all orders for accounts and online sales and telesales.  Coordinate with location staff to manage the order process.
  • Issue sales reports to customers and to the Senior Manager DFS Sales.
  • Complete daily work assigned by company, including inventory, finance, and safety audits.
  • Support all commercial and service initiatives for the business.
  • Execute all administrative responsibilities, including inventory move orders and related functions.
  • Execute product dispatch and ensure proper movement of merchandise within store, including handling and transporting products using a hand truck to maintain stock availability and visual standards.
  • Perform all other activities or tasks necessary to achieve the responsibilities of the position.
  • Comply with all instructions and directives received that do not result clearly unfamiliar to the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. 

Support Marketing initiative:

  • Actively participate in business marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate all marketing support from specific customers.
  • Own daily/routine contact with customers to maximize sales.
  • Manage the installer support and outreach initiatives for the operation.
  • Train customers in A&W products as needed.
  • Order and distribute literature, POP’s, and images.

Communicate and collaborate with Commercial team and rest of the operation in setting up relevant targets and strategies:

  • Counsel and guide customers to understand Company policies and practices for favorable acceptance; assist them on the utilization of credit arrangements, which will result in optimum mutual benefits.
  • Evaluate general market conditions and competitors’ activities, obtain supporting documents of competitive information from bona fide sources, and inform his/her manager and other functional managers.
  • Actively participate in commercial team meetings, cash calls and training sessions.
  • Work with Fulfillment in forecasting merchandise needs and ordering quantities of merchandise to support needs of business within stock inventory objectives.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ relevant experience.     
  • Knowledge of HVAC / Air Conditioning market
  • Tech Degree in Refrigeration or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience dealing with Customers and Consumers.
  • Demonstrated strong written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, strong energy and highly motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills - proven attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects and deliver results.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or MBA.
  • 5 Year Relevant Commercial Experience.
  • Bilingual – Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and climb ladders.
  • 20% travel is required for domestic and/or international travel to customer sites.
