WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be a part of the NA Sales GO-TO-MARKET (GTM) Operations team, directly reporting into the NA Sales GTM Operations Director. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix including, but not limited to, Global/Geo Sales GTM teams, NA Sport teams, NA Account teams, Finance, Planning and Supply Chain teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Nike North America marketplace, retail accounts and the consumers they serve. They will help drive and deliver premium experiences through enhanced processes, tools and assets that enable account teams to grow revenue, margin and market share. This role requires a self-starter mentality, the ability to build, influence and cultivate cross-functional collaboration across the Nike organization, and work in a team atmosphere.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will partner with our Global and Geo cross-functional teams to lead, develop, and improve processes that support the Nike Marketplace in North America. You will act as a data steward for North America by partnering with Global and Geo teams to help define business capabilities and requirements for the attribution of retail accounts through partner data governance, marketplace retail location mapping, and the sport offense integration. You will work with sales teams to shape, manage, and maintain account openings and closures that align to the Nike Marketplace strategy. As well as support cross-functional team requests through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
