Job Description Summary

The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading operations and partnering with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and other Enterprise Operations functions to drive funnel creation rigor and deal structuring that is critical to the South region’s orders and revenue forecast accuracy/consistency/performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use and refine predictive models to accurately forecast orders and revenue
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and Project Management leadership and Supply Chain to drive opportunity funnel, backlog accuracy, and achievement of orders and revenue targets
  • Interface with Commercial Operations, Finance, Sales Leaders, and Region & Market Leadership on forecasts, risks & opportunities, and initiatives to drive improvements and growth
  • Monitor KPI's to identify trends, make business decisions, and highlight actions needed to achieve desired business outcomes to multiple levels of leadership
  • Engage in Lean projects as needed to drive improvements in processes and/or tools such as SFDC, Anaplan, iRev, and other operational tools
  • Support sales leadership, sales team, Comm Ops, and Finance on process compliance matters related to order booking and revenue recognition
  • Identifies and escalates or mitigates commercial or compliance risks, as appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in an analytical role in Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or Service in a matrixed business environment.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Team-centric, service-minded, committed, passionate, and inquisitive.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods/quarter ends.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details / multiple priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute on strategy.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge.
