Are you the person we are looking for?

As the Senior Sales Operations and Commerical Affairs Manager, you will lead sales operations and business affairs for the APAC region, driving operational excellence and enabling growth across Japan, Korea, China and India. This is a high-impact role focused on accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting, financial models for pricing and deal structuring, and ensuring compliance with commercial policies. You will also lead reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering actionable insights to regional leadership.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage APAC pipeline, billings and revenue forecasting; ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate targets.
  • Drive sales operations strategy and execution across APAC markets.
  • Develop financial models for pricing, deal structuring, and revenue planning.
  • Oversee opportunity and pipeline processes to support accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure commercial governance, including contract audits and compliance.
  • Prepare performance reports and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Act as liaison between APAC and global teams for timely performance updates.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to optimize lead-to-close processes.
  • Implement best practices for subscription and perpetual business models.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Foster cross-cultural collaboration across Japan, Korea, China and India.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in sales operations or commercial management, including 3+ years in regional leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com; CPQ experience is a plus.
  • Advanced financial modeling and commercial analysis skills.
  • Experience auditing agreements and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to conduct business (verbal & written) in Japanese and English required; Korean and Mandarin desirable.
  • Familiarity with embedded software and chipset manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and collaborate across cultures.
  • Knowledge of APAC market dynamics in Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical, or Aerospace sectors preferred.
  • Familiarity with subscription and perpetual licensing models
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate complex agreements.
