Senior Sales Operations Analyst, 6-month contract
Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 day in-office requirement) OR Remote in Denver, CO
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a data-heavy analytical role
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including data quality management and CRM administration
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription business
- Exposure to partner/channel GTM models is a plus
- Familiarity with dbt or SQL-based transformation tooling is a plus
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Build scalable self-serve reporting so that field teams, from AEs to Partner Consulting Managers, can answer their own questions without routing through Ops.
- Proactive and accurate forecasting of sales metrics
- Analysis and reporting of KPI’s - identifying trends and making recommendations
- Quota deployment aligned to budget with a coverage model and territory design to support achieving business objectives
- Managing internal systems at maximum efficiency and becoming a global leader in process
- Data accuracy in Salesforce and supporting management reporting
- Document everything to a standard that means the business is never dependent on one person, and new team members can onboard quickly and confidently.
- Timely delivery of relevant and accurate data & insights meeting the needs of the GTM team
- Continuous adherence to Data Use and Governance processes and standards
- Championing new GTM Tech and AI in region to ensure maximum value, impact and efficiency
About the team:
Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the wider GTM Operations team, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for proactive forecasting of sales metrics and KPIs; analysis and reporting that identifies trends and drives recommendations; quota deployment aligned to budget, underpinned by a coverage model and territory design that supports achieving business objectives; and maintaining internal systems at maximum efficiency. You will own data accuracy in Salesforce and management reporting, ensure timely delivery of relevant insights to the GTM team, uphold Data Use and Governance standards, and champion new GTM technology and AI in Region to drive maximum value, impact, and efficiency.
