The opportunity
Drive service sales growth and create real impact in the energy sector. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Service Sales Manager to generate opportunities, secure profitable sales, and deliver exceptional customer value. Your focus will be on Installed Base (IB) penetration and promoting the full Service Product portfolio in collaboration with other service units.

How you’ll make an impact
Prepare proposals, quotations, and competitive bids with accurate technical and commercial considerations.
Drive proactive and reactive sales for High Voltage and Transformer service portfolios.
Evaluate client requirements, assess commercial terms, and propose techno-commercial solutions.
Manage tendering process, pricing strategies, and risk reviews in coordination with Service Sales Manager.
Maintain project pipeline, forecasts, and documentation using Hitachi Energy tools.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to issues, and act as voice of the customer internally.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
Support marketing activities, product launches, and customer meetings.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, HSE, and quality standards.
Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and disciplined approach to deliver accurate results.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Service sales, Estimation & Bids Proposals and strong customer relationship skills.
Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products
Experience working within the Energy sector
Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
