You Will:
- Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with some of the biggest e-commerce brands in the region;
- Engage with decision-makers across all seniority levels on the client side;
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
- Contribute to growth as a digital market leader in the DACH region;
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business while reporting on sales process status for potential new customers;
- Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
- Participate in major industry events.
Desired Experience:
- Several years of experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, selling complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams with a consultative selling approach;
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1 or above).
