全面了解客户及其需求
成为JLLT关键信息与营销解决方案的专家
全权负责完整的销售周期,包括:客户开发、产品演示、成交、客户上线、培训及续约
高频次开展面对面的客户及潜在客户产品演示
为商业地产市场的所有参与者(包括经纪人、业主、投资者、贷款方、租户等)提供有价值的洞察
代表JLLT主办并参加行业活动,在本地市场与商业地产专业人士建立联系
应聘要求:
必须拥有学士学位
具备金融行业及商业地产行业的客户对接经验者优先
拥有五年以上B2B环境下的成功外勤销售经验,销售内容为数据、研究或分析平台/工具
在顾问式销售环境中,有持续超额完成销售指标和配额的实绩
拥有两年以上在销售完成后为客户进行解决方案使用培训的经验
具备丰富的租赁管理经验者优先

About the role
We’re looking for an highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join JLLT to drive business growth.
You will partner with the world’s top CRE players to develop a comprehensive CRE data solution for their business. Key to your success will be your ability to build long lasting, service focused, customer relationships. You will achieve this in part by advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. Day to day, you will leverage JLLT’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations.
What this job involves:
· Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs
· Become an expert in JLLT’s critical information and marketing solutions
· Complete ownership of the full sales cycle including: prospecting, demoing, closing, onboarding, training and renewing
· Conduct a high level of in person client and prospect product demonstrations
· Provide valuable insight to all participants in the commercial property market, including Brokers, Owners, Investors, Lenders, Tenants etc.
· Represent JLLT by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals in your market
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Client facing experience in the Financial Industry and Commercial Real Estate industry strongly preferred
· Five or more years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling Data, Research and Analytic platforms or tools.
· Proven track record exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
· Two or more years of experience training clients on how to use a solution post sales.
· Extensive experience in leasing management is preferred.
