Let’s Talk about the Role
In this role as a Senior Sales Manager (Central & South), you will be required to lead the brand wholesale commercial strategy and grow sales through a clear marketplace strategy according to the Brand Strategic Priorities for the southern countries (Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Germany and Switzerland)
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Developing a mid/long term business plan for the Central & Southern regions, including strategic account and distribution plans, focusing on the key strategic priorities for the brand. Conducting regular reviews with key wholesale partners and contributing to brand strategy and GTM planning to maximize business potential.
Driving the next phase of growth through a clear marketplace strategy, constantly optimising distribution in the right consumer environments aligned to brand strategy.
Communicating business plans clearly with regular updates against pre-defined KPIs.
Leading by example and effectively manage, the sales team and agencies to deliver the sales and GTN targets for the Involved Countries
Coaching and developing the Sales Team, elevating performances and development opportunities.
Obtaining and analysing regular sales performance data for key accounts to identify risks and opportunities, driving seasonal sales strategies, and ensuring the clear monthly communication of insights to the wider team.
Maintaining and further developing relationships with key accounts at head office level.
Ensuring the brand purpose and seasonal product stories are effectively communicated in the market, maintaining consistency with global brand messaging, and maximizing brand visibility across all relevant accounts.
Driving a profitable cross functional conversation with all the relevant departments
Providing regular feedback to the wider European leadership team, covering the marketplace, competitor activity and product development.
Completing all administration accurately, on time and to a high standard.
Skills for Success
Extensive years of relevant professional experience
Ability to drive business growth and profitability through strategic decision-making and leadership.
Expertise in developing and executing strategies to optimize distribution and brand visibility in the market.
Experience in GTM and GTN management.
Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams, fostering growth and improving performance.
Capability to analyse sales data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize sales strategies.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
