Role Overview

FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across large and mid‑market corporate treasuries in the UK. This role is a direct, quota‑carrying, new‑logo sales position responsible for selling FIS Treasury & Risk Management solutions to sophisticated treasury teams.

The successful candidate will have proven experience selling Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or adjacent treasury solutions into corporates and will be comfortable engaging with Group Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, CFOs, and Finance Directors.

This is a hunter role requiring strong discovery, deal qualification, and complex enterprise sales execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and execute the end‑to‑end sales cycle for FIS Treasury solutions, from initial prospecting through contract signature
  • Drive new logo acquisition within enterprise and upper‑mid‑market corporates
  • Build and maintain a robust, multi‑year pipeline
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quota through disciplined opportunity management
  • Engage senior stakeholders including Group Treasurers, CFOs, Heads of Finance, and Treasury Operations
  • Lead value‑based discovery conversations around: Cash & liquidity management, Financial risk management (FX, interest rate risk), Treasury reporting and controls
  • Articulate the business and operational value of FIS treasury platforms
  • Manage complex sales cycles (6–18 months) involving multiple stakeholders
  • Own pricing, commercial negotiations, and executive alignment
  • Maintain strong understanding of the corporate treasury market and Competitive TMS vendors and bank‑provided solutions
  • Actively network within the Swedish treasury community
  • Represent FIS at industry events, treasury forums, and client meetings

What you bring

  • Strong enterprise B2B solution sales experience
  • Direct experience selling treasury software or financial solutions to corporates, such as:
    • Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
    • Risk management solutions
    • Cash & liquidity platforms
    • Payments or bank connectivity solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling into corporate treasury departments
  • Proven hunter profile with consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to operate independently in a field‑based sales role
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows, including:
    • Cash positioning and forecasting
    • Liquidity management
    • FX exposure and risk processes
    • Payment and bank connectivity landscapes
  • Credibility engaging with senior treasury leadership
