We are a fast-growing, established lifestyle brand with a laid-back West Coast vibe, expanding our wholesale footprint with a new east coast team leading the charge. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead growth across full-price and specialty channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand distribution with existing and new retailers, such as Anthropologie, Evereve, Tuckernuck, and expand into Macy’s and Nordstrom.
Own and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth within the first year.
Manage the day-to-day wholesale operations, working cross-functionally with account managers, design, merchandising, and leadership.
Develop strategic pricing and tiered distribution plans.
Manage and drive DTC optimization based on sales data
Qualifications:
7-10 years of sales experience in women’s Casual knits, athleisure, or sportswear branded space
Proven track record scaling brands into multi-million-dollar wholesale businesses.
Existing relationships with premium and specialty retailers.
Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary range: $120,000 - $130,000
(Actual salary based on experience and skill level)
