Responsibilities:
Support the Intermediary Distribution team in all day-to-day client and sponsor needs, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure a timely response and/or follow through.
Support client account onboarding, termination, transitions, and other lifecycle events, ensuring compliance with internal firm procedures and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
Manage documentation and data integrity within CRM and reporting systems.
Coordinate and deliver periodic reporting packages and work with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate the development of Intermediary presentation materials for the team, ensuring accuracy of performance and client-related statistics, if applicable.
Optimize internal sales processes, communication, and resources to enable the team to reach their goals.
Identify and escalate any sensitive client issues to appropriate party to coordinate a timely response.
Work with Operations team to process client cash flow requests via Docupace.
Manage the full process for completing Intermediary RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and implementing efficiencies where needed.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance the client experience.
Update Intermediary marketing collateral quarterly in Seismic, submit for approval through various internal and external processes.
Work with Admin or Marketing team to update content/collateral/make customizations based on feedback from sales team.
Maintenance of Salesforce CRM including pipeline tracking, new/terminated accounts, creating reports and dashboards, data auditing and updates, and assist MD in coordination of instance updates/upgrades, integrations, and changes with WT SCOE.
Assist MD with any sales enablement related projects including Salesforce CRM administration.
Optimize internal sales processes, communication, and resources to enable the team to reach their goals.
Coordinate conference participation for Intermediary sales team and attending as needed.
Oversee with Accounts Payable process – allocate and submit invoices, work with vendors and WT AP to obtain and log all appropriate paperwork, facilitate payment questions with employees and vendors
Create all monthly and YTD expense breakouts (vendor spend, sponsorships/donations, employee expenses) by 10th business day after month-end.
Complete detailed data entry to support client tax analysis
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client service or relationship management in the asset management industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms and performance reporting applications preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills – able to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
Client-first mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
