About the position  

As Senior Sales Director for the Italy/Greece region, with a primary focus on Italy, you will be responsible for driving high-value enterprise sales, managing complex deal cycles, and building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at key accounts. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing, leveraging your industry expertise and advanced sales methodologies to deliver exceptional results. This is a quota-carrying role with significant impact on regional growth. 

The position is based in the Italy. Applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in Italy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and close complex enterprise sales opportunities in Italy/Greece.
  • Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute regional GTM campaigns. 
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers. 
  • Develop deep knowledge of company solutions, market trends, and competitors. 
  • Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows. 
  • Adhere to established sales processes and performance standards. 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience. 
  • Extensive experience in direct enterprise sales within IT security, cryptography, PKI, certificate lifecycle management or cryptographic discovery. 
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with Channel/Partners. 
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the IT security industry. 
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICCSolution Selling, and SPIN Selling methodologies. 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in long-cycle enterprise deals, quarterly-driven way of work at high intensity. 
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and navigate complex decision-making processes. 
  • Proficiency with advanced CRM and sales tools. 
  • Native-level Italian and full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken). 
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven. #LI-NA1

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
