Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Pipeline Builder

Location: Gurgaon

What We’re Looking For

  • At SOTI, we are looking for proven enterprise hunters who don’t just generate activity but consistently build high-quality pipeline in complex accounts.
  • This role is for individuals who have demonstrated success breaking into enterprise organizations, navigating multiple stakeholders, and creating opportunities where none exist.
  • You will play a critical role in driving new logo acquisition across India, owning strategic outbound, shaping account entry strategies, and ensuring only high-conviction, enterprise-grade opportunities are passed to Sales.
  • This is a leadership-track role, with visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, and a clear path into Enterprise Account Executive or SDR Leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own strategic outbound pipeline creation across targeted enterprise accounts in India
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies (multi-threading, persona mapping, sequencing)
  • Break into complex enterprise accounts through highly personalized outreach and persistence
  • Engage and qualify Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Business functions
  • Lead deep discovery conversations to uncover business pain, quantify impact, and validate urgency
  • Ensure only high-quality, sales-ready opportunities are progressed to Sales
  • Partner closely with Sales on account planning, whitespace mapping, and deal strategy
  • Act as a thought partner to Sales, not just a lead generator
  • Drive pipeline conversion improvement through better qualification and follow-through
  • Maintain high discipline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting signals and pipeline hygiene
  • Consistently exceed pipeline targets with a focus on quality over volume

  • You are seen as a go-to resource for best practices within the SDR team

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or outbound enterprise prospecting (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of breaking into enterprise accounts and generating qualified pipeline consistently
  • Strong experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level)
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery (Impactful/BANT or similar frameworks)
  • Experience with account-based prospecting and multi-threading strategies
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect technology to business outcomes
  • Highly driven, self-starter with a hunter mindset and ownership mentality
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and outbound tools (Sales Navigator, sequencing platforms)
  • Experience in enterprise mobility, SaaS, or device management is a strong plus
