Implement company sales strategy to achieve assigned short and long-term targets. Work on potential business Projects individually and collaborate with the HO functions.
Manage, support, train and develop the local sales team and supervise and support branch admin colleagues (including branch patty cash handling) with coordination of head office colleagues.
Travel throughout the territory, build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their need for achieving individual and team sale targets for the territory.
Prepare and present timely revenue and expense reports and realistic business / product forecasts and market intelligence to the management team.
Support the business partners for lead generation, increasing volumes and managing customers in Rawalpindi and AJK. Ensure monitoring for timely identifying any threats and or variances.
Support finance team and business partners for recoveries of all company receivables and collection of tender security deposits relevant for the territory upon maturity.
Ensure the implementation of all applicable company policies, rules, guidelines, internal controls, and procedures in a timely and professional manner at the branch level.
Coordinate with the local technical service team for ensuring efficient customer care in the territory
Maintain the highest standards of personal integrity and respect for co-workers, customers, and patients.
