FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Sales Associate, Executive Coordinator will be the central hub of communication for the VP's internal teams, high-profile clients, and executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).

  • Working knowledge of Wide Orbit and Operative systems in order to facilitate order entry, order confirmations and order maintenance.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Assistant experience in Television, Streaming space.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, dynamic calendars, and travel schedules across multiple time zones.

  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal), with flawless grammar, a professional telephone demeanor, and a confident, articulate presence.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve problems proactively and resourcefully with minimal guidance.

  • High level of maturity and professionalism to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, clients, and external partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience working with a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce/Matrix).

  • Familiarity with digital media terms, advertising sales, or the TV/Streaming ecosystem.

  • Experience in creating visually appealing, professional presentations (e.g., Keynote, advanced PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Sales & Project Support

  • Create and refine high-impact PowerPoint or Keynote sales presentations, quarterly business reviews and pitch decks for client and executive distribution.

  • Assist the VPs with tracking key deliverables, collecting data, and compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/Matrix) and Excel.

  • Act as a critical liaison between the VP and the broader Sales team, helping to organize team objectives, initiatives, and pipeline status updates.

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor intelligence, and prospective client accounts to support the VP's strategic decision-making.

Travel & Expense Management

  • Expertly manage complex domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, ground transportation, hotels, and managing highly detailed itineraries.

  • Timely and accurately prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for the VP and occasionally for direct reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Office Coordination

  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, manage supply inventory, and coordinate Facilities/IT for executive needs.

  • Handle highly sensitive personnel, financial, and client information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

Executive & Calendar Management

  • Proactively manage and prioritize a high-volume, constantly changing calendar across multiple time zones, including critical meetings with executives, major clients, and internal teams.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and professional gatekeeper for the VP, fielding and screening all incoming calls, emails, and internal/external requests.

  • Organize Executive Team meetings, Sales Staff meetings, and client pitches, which include: Drafting, distributing, and ensuring timely follow-up on meeting agendas and action items. Booking appropriate meeting spaces, virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams), and coordinating catering. Draft, proofread, and compose sensitive and confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the VP.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $33.65-36.06 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
