Senior Sales Advisor - Freedom Fertility - Remote (AZ, NM,CO, UT)

Position Summary

Freedom Fertility by Evernorth is the nation's leading Fertility Pharmacy and for almost 30 years has been dedicated to helping navigate the journey in helping people become parents. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between Fertility Providers and Freedom Fertility Pharmacy. This position focuses on building customer alliances at fertility clinics in your area, establishing and maintaining service and relationship leadership. You will be achieving short and long-term sales objectives by identifying customer needs and providing solutions to foster both a consultative and professional relationship between the customer and Freedom Fertility with the fertility patient at the center of all we do.

The person in this role must reside in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, or Utah.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed territory sales targets and business objectives consistent with company guidelines by partnering with physicians, nurses, administrators and medical staff as a fertility industry expert through a hybrid of in-person and virtual selling opportunities in both existing and developing accounts.
  • Create and execute targeted strategic account plans to achieve goals and set objectives for continued growth.
  • Maintain a high level of pharmacy, pharma, industry, network, managed care, and customer knowledge to accomplish territory objectives including strengthening relationships and expanding and building new areas in which you can grow market share.
  • Understanding of a multi-product reproductive health product portfolio and the Freedom Fertility Pharmacy Value Proposition.
  • Demonstrate strong critical analysis and planning skills in reviewing data, understanding trends, preparing plans through our CRM tools. Expectation that sales advisor will efficiently manage the territory T&E budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Fertility community including manufacturing partners and other 3rd party networks and companies as needed.
  • Become a team leader with Freedom peers and teammates and those in the broader Evernorth/Accredo/Cigna organization, such as Product Line/Marketing, Pharmacy Operations, Physician Engagement, Strategy/Business Development, Training and Payor Teams to offer feedback from our customers to continually improve the Freedom Fertility Experience for our providers and patients.
  • Seek out opportunities to share best practices and insights to help achievement of their individual territory goals
  • Actively demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, ethical behavior and integrity in all aspects of your role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years field sales experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industry with demonstrated success in sales performance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A valid and active driver’s license is required for this position
  • Minimum intermediate level computer skills (MS Office products) required
  • Must reside in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, or Arizona

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Reproductive Health sales experience successfully selling to and partnering with all aspects of Fertility clinics in the geography highly desired
  • Self-motivated and must thrive on challenges in an autonomous, dynamic environment
  • Customer oriented with strong sales, relationship building, time management and administrative skills
  • Must have passion for fertility patients
  • Energetic, flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated to take ownership of results.
  • Knowledge of managed care and reimbursement systems and pull through strategies highly desirable.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $97,500 - $162,500 depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
