£66,900 - 83,600 DOE

Reporting to the Head of Operations Performance, you’ll advise senior leaders, manage incidents and controls, chair the Operations Risk Committee and guide regulatory governance—ensuring our way of working aligns with FCA and CQC expectations. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work will directly shape operational quality, customer safety and trust.
