POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr Risk Analyst (III) is responsible for establishing and coordinating BCMS functions across the enterprise. The role supports the NCRV ISO 22301 certification program and Enterprise BCMS program. As a part of the Business Continuity Planning Team, the main role is to partner with Lines of Business within NCRV to ensure that organizations comply with existing standards and regulations, leading development of the BCMS Program across the enterprise.

The Sr Risk Analyst (III) is primarily responsible for the enterprise Business Continuity Program (BCP) including successful development, implementation, and maintenance of all primary BCMS program parts. The primary program components are the enterprise-wide business impact analysis (BIA), the business continuity planning process, conducting BC exercises and coordination with Disaster Recovery planning.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Supports delivering the created scope of BCMS program across the organization

  • Researches, gathers, and translates technical information into BCMS program documentation.

  • Develops accurate and clear BCMS documentation, following the global policies and program manuals

  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholder groups to design and implement the BCMS core components, including but not limited to: Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment (RA), Business Continuity Plans and Key Contact Lists

  • Collaborates with Global Technology teams related to Business Continuity activities and dependencies

  • Supports the Internal and External ISO audits and acts as advisory role for the businesses involved

  • Develops and maintains metrics to support and establish monitoring process that will measure, analyze and evaluate BCMS program on an enterprise level

  • Monitors the business recovery plans development and scheduled deliverables from each location

  • Authors and monitors execution of business continuity and incident response exercises for regions/ countries, Crisis Management Teams on each established location

  • Reviews and reconciles the recovery plans. Schedule, attend, coordinate and conduct planned testing

  • Documents gaps, assign problem resolution to individual(s) and monitor corrective actions are completed.

  • Participates in the development of strategic initiatives to reduce the impact of operational risks associated with NCRV processes, products, and services

  • Supports business clients in identifying legal requirements and developing appropriate plans, including advising management on available options for BCMS compliance

  • Follows and participates in pertinent regulatory developments and advises facility and corporate management personnel of BCMS legislation or developments which may impact their operations

  • Analyses the supplier performance evaluation data

  • Drives the suppliers risk assessments from BCP standpoint through corporate TPRM program

  • Uses metrics to drive process improvements

  • Supports procurement relationships with key suppliers in relation to quality and delivery of products and services

  • Responsible for implementing and supporting programs in the area of environmental and safety compliance

BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • 2-5 years of related experience, demonstrated and good working knowledge of ISO standards

  • Proven knowledge of developing and executing business continuity and emergency response plans, policies and procedures across the enterprise

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills necessary to deal with internal/ external contacts and enforcement of procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage BCMS or relevant QMS programs in a global environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, project management, prioritize workload, and display high-level organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and globally, with the ability to consult, build relationships, and/or indirectly influence and lead enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated BCMS training and auditing skills

  • ISO, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification and continuous improvement training and project experience

  • Ability to effectively use AI‑enabled tools to improve decision‑making, efficiency, and business outcomes, while applying sound judgment and adhering to data, risk, and compliance standards.
