Hexcel is currently seeking a Senior Risk Analyst for our Stamford, CT, USA location.
Reporting to the VP of Treasury, this role plays a critical part in supporting global risk management and insurance strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, cross‑functional partnership skills, and a proactive mindset to drive risk mitigation across the organization.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; insurance/risk management coursework or certifications a plus
3+ years of progressively responsible experience in insurance, risk management, or a related area
Self-directed with strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High integrity and work standards with attention to details and accuracy
Ability to travel up to 10% to Hexcel sites, globally
