About your team :
The Human Resources team in Continental Europe consists of professionals comprising HR Business Partners, Talent, Reward and HR Shared Services teams. The team supports employees located in Austria, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UAE (Dubai).
The role is based in Luxembourg and part of Global Reward team. Reward is the Center of Expertise which is responsible for design and framework of the firm’s reward strategy as well as governance of reward practices for ensuring compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.
About your role :
The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the firm’s reward programs by working in collaboration with Human Resources team in Continental Europe, Global HR Shared Service team and Global Reward team. The role covers compensation benchmarking, remuneration regulation, payroll subject matter expertise, cross-border working and employee benefits program design & administration.
Your role would encompass supporting the day-to-day functioning of the Reward Team globally and more specifically the Continental European region.
- Work with the Head of Reward Continental Europe in the design and implementation of innovative reward solutions and ensure compliance with reward processes and internal group policies, including data processing.
- Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions and role changes and facilitate the review of proposals by all stakeholders to ensure we attract, retain and motivate talent.
- Participate/Assist in the market benchmarking surveys on reward programs & other employment related issues and analyse market data. Network with external HR professionals and survey providers to obtain market intelligence and trends.
- Provide expert/professional advice, support and guidance to the different HR Shared Services teams (Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR Support). Respond to escalations and inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Global Benefits Administration Manager to develop internal operating procedures and controls for the administering and managing of benefits programs in the region. Provide specialist support with the administration of benefits programs in Continental Europe.
- Assist Head of Reward Continental Europe with activities and tasks to comply with local remuneration regulation (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, CRD, IFD), collective agreements, tax and social security rules.
- Support with communication activities to educate and inform employees about reward programs. Manage contents on reward programs on the firm’s HR intranet portal (HR HUB) and Global Benefits Portal (DARWIN).
- Work in partnership with Human Resources team and local stakeholders regarding all reward related matters for the assigned geographies.
- Take on special projects, as needed
About you :
- Degree in HRM or related disciplines
- Proven experience of advising, supporting and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders and create a strong customer centric culture within a global reward team
- Good team player with ability to work with different cultures, regulatory and market environments
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills, atenetion to detail and strong business acumen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in fluent spoken and written English are essential, other languages skills would be highly appreciated.
- Relationship management skills working with partner/service providers internally and externally
- Experience of working as part of a project team and managing project workstreams
- Discreet with the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive situations
