Job Summary 

At Keyfactor, the Revenue Systems team powers our GTM engine—driving growth by connecting data, tools, and teams to enable smarter, faster execution at scale.

The Senior Revenue Systems Manager will play a key role in our growth. They will be a strategic and hands-on expert responsible for managing, optimizing, and continuously improving the systems that power our go-to-market (GTM) engine. They will partner closely with GTM teams and collaborate across functions—from Product Management to Finance and beyond—to ensure our systems are aligned with business objectives, scalable, and enable efficient cross-functional operations. They will lead initiatives from problem identification through solution design, implementation, and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for every user.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Systems Strategy & Optimization:
    • Partner with GTM stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance system capabilities and integrations that drive growth, scalability, and data accuracy across the revenue ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with GTM, data, and enablement teams to translate business needs into effective, user-friendly system solutions that support operational alignment and scalability.
  • Data Integrity & Issue Resolution:
    • Monitor system health and data quality, proactively troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable information for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    • Support governance, documentation, and training initiatives to maintain consistency, compliance, and adoption of best practices across all GTM systems.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills 

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive hands-on Salesforce administration experience; certifications strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GTM systems and integrations (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, sales engagement, data tools).
  • Experience managing or supporting cross-functional system projects from requirements to launch.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce data structures, reporting, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with change management, documentation, or user enablement preferred.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% travel time required.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
