As a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist, you’ll shape how revenue teams learn, grow, and thrive. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Enablement, you’ll create immersive learning experiences and build content that empowers our sales teams to do their best work. Whether designing training programs, piloting new learning formats, or collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll be the connective thread between product updates and frontline execution.
Design and deliver engaging training that drives performance across revenue teams
Pilot and scale innovative learning experiences that meet people where they are
Partner with product, marketing, and sales to develop impactful enablement content
Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions that bring strategy to life
Use data to inform what content lands, what needs work, and where to go next
Regularly assess training needs through call shadowing, performance analysis, and direct feedback
Keep key stakeholders in the loop with relevant enablement metrics and updates
Drive projects independently from idea to execution, always optimizing for scale and impact
3–5 years of experience in enablement, training, or program management, preferably in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales training and content
Comfortable translating complex product or technical details into simple, actionable insights
Familiar with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms, with hands-on experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management skills and a natural bias toward action
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead cross-functional initiatives
Curious, self-motivated, and energized by continuous improvement
