Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Retail Operations and Strategy Specialist who will be a critical part of the Retail Operations team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Retail Operations. Our ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, with a unique ability to effectively juggle multiple high priority challenges across multiple Business Units.

Job Description:

  • Strategic Initiatives: Leading medium to long-term project and strategic initiatives, addressing challenges, and finding solutions.
  • Integration: Connecting work streams across departments and ensuring collaboration.
  • Strategic Project Information: Ability to organize strategic project information and monitor KPI metrics relating to project.
  • Data Analysis: Must have the ability to analyze data, understand the implications and risks, consolidate into options for discussion.
  • Effective Scheduling, Time Management, and Meeting Organization: plan essential travel, schedule appointments, arrange meeting rooms and off-site locations, and prepare expense reports.Prepare agendas, presentations, and attend meetings, taking and distributing notes or minutes.Create presentations, reports, and proposals as required.
  • Financial acumen to understand, manage and report variances to Retail budgets.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and changes.
  • Effectively manage and execute projects within Retail Operations.
  • Assist in managing budgets across Retail Business Units
  • Plan and assist at events, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Handle various daily administrative tasks as needed to support the SVP, Retail Operations and the team effectively.
  • Builds and develop strong, collaborative relations with peers and colleagues.

Pay Range:

$103,000.00 - $154,600.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
