The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Purpose
- Assist relationship manager to acquire and grow the high net worth customer base through effective relationship management, with special focus on the customers' personal financial analysis, protection and investment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with relationship manager in serving high net worth customers in their basic banking needs and/or wealth management needs.
- Work together with relationship manager to meet the bank’s objectives and business KPI.
- Enhance and maintain good relationships with the customers by providing seamless services.
- Assist Branch Manager in implementing and executing strategic plans; and actively engage in business development activities.
- Provide sales fulfillment support to relationship managers for Wealth Management products and services.
- Facilitate sales, service monitoring by up-keeping all necessary data tracking and system input.
- Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Proactively seek to understand and meet customer needs by being attentive and resourceful and able to ask the customers questions to better understand their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent.
- Possess qualifications under SFC for marketing investment products.
- Possess qualifications under IIQAS for selling insurance products.
- Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant banking experiences in serving high net worth individual customers in retail bank.
- Familiar with retail banking products.
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
