As a Sr. Regulatory Product Management Specialist reporting to Sr. Manager - Product Management, you’ll play a critical role in driving product strategy, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in project and program teams from initial design through delivery, ensuring products are fully developed and ready for customer use.
Analyze regulatory updates and address issues during design and planning, demonstrating strong understanding of product functionality.
Provide timely and accurate status updates and insights to functional leaders.
Collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and senior product leads to define product requirements and specifications.
Engage with customers to identify needs, propose solutions, and recognize new market opportunities driven by evolving regulatory landscapes.
Required Qualifications
Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in technology or financial services.
Knowledge interpretation of financial regulation documents.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the AxiomSL product would be considered a huge plus.
This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
