职位目标:

通过辅导、领导、激励、管理和发展团队,确保自身和团队通过学术拜访、学术研讨活动,为病患和客户提供专业的服务;同时熟练运用各种市场分析工具,对下属人员进行过程精准管理,以完成团队目标 。

主要工作职责:

  • 通过管理团队,与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息,带领团队实现组织目标

  • 与市场部紧密合作,以确保相关品牌市场策略与组织目标相一致。充分了解自己的区域,全面评估各种数据并发现机会和挑战,通过学术推广把产品带给合适的患者

  • 确保业务/市场活动被充分的贯彻执行,并作出及时的反馈。

  • 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通,来确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性。

  • 按公司要求合理管理预算,和人员配置

  • 辅导下属提高专业知识技能,激励团队的专业能力发展。 通过为地区经理提供辅导和帮助,建立培养他们的领导力和创新能力。

  • 招聘,、发展和保留符合公司价值观的优秀人才员工,建立一支可持续发展的专业化队伍

  • 通过执行绩效管理评估流程,确保团队的推广行为是高效且合规的。

  • 通过与市场/医学/培训等部门的通力合作,持续提高团队的绩效和生产力。

  • 为产品招标和进入医保目录的相关流程作支持。

  • 确保自身及团队的推广行为,遵循公司的行为准则及相关法律法规和行业规则。

  • 其他由直线经理或者公司分配的工作。

任职条件Qualifications:

  • 大学本科或以上学历,优先考虑学医学药专业

  • 5-8年医药行业药品销售管理工作经验;

  • 3年以上的销售团队管理经验

  • 熟悉医药市场具体状况、特点及相关医药政策法规具有互联网医院组建和运营管理经验;或者互联网医疗项目运营管理经验。

  • 对互联网医疗行业有独特认识和见解,熟悉互联网医疗行业。

  • 有战略性思维,优秀的团队管理经验,较强的进取心及抗压能力。

  • 较强的组织协调、人际关系沟通能力/影响力

  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件

  • 良好的英语听说读写译能力
