The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Regional Integrator (Level 4) to join Global Finance team in one of the locations below:

  • Alabama: Huntsville

The integrator will provide project management support for international strategic initiatives and global process improvements efforts across the Global Finance Compliance team, and provide Regional Integration support for the Europe, United Kingdom and Israel region as part of the Global Finance Compliance-owned One Boeing Global Process (OBGP).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management for strategic initiatives and process improvement projects, driving completion of projects by building strong relationships across Regional Finance Center teams around the world, developing knowledge of underlying processes, and applying best practices focused on first time quality

  • Work as the Europe, United Kingdom and Israel Regional Integrator lead to facilitate and project manage legal entity optimization processes and execution tasks by leveraging relationships and communication skills

  • Gain a strong understanding of the One Boeing Global Process and multiple OBGP opportunities utilizing Enterprise Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) tool for emergent international activities for responsible region

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure early engagement by serving as a critical partner to cross-functional organizations such as Treasury, Law, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), and Tax

  • Develop strategies and execution plans that ensure effective and compliant business results by integrating technical capabilities, business opportunities and risks, operational constraints and company goals associated with new international operations.

  • Partner with colleagues to ensure management is aware of business ramifications, alternatives, and decision timing to enable profitable, executable, and compliant international business growth

  • Develop international technical acumen on how to do business, infrastructure, operations and current activity for each country in region

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in collaborating and working across teams

  • 3+ years of experience functioning in a cross-functional environment

  • 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership

  • 3+ years of experience presenting information to leaders and external customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in international finance

  • 3+ years of project management experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for WA or TX: $122,400 - $165,600

Summary pay range for AL, AZ, and MO: $114,750 - $155,250
