The work

Are you an experienced Recruiter who excels where technology meets business? Ripple Labs Inc. is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage hiring for technical, product, and business roles. You will help us find and hire the talent that drives our growth and innovation!

In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio—ranging from engineering and technical roles to business, operations, and go-to-market positions. On this team, we act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring guidelines while delivering an outstanding candidate experience!

What you’ll do

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offer for a variety of technical, product, and business positions throughout the company
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring strategies
  • Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, industry events, meetups, referrals, and professional networks
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the process
  • Lead intake meetings, interview kickoffs, and candidate debriefs to ensure efficient and consistent hiring decisions
  • Provide regular progress reports and market insights to hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Support the advancement of recruiting workflows, interview techniques, and hiring manager expertise for both technical and non-technical roles

What you’ll bring

  • More than 5 years of recruiting experience, demonstrating success in hiring for both technical and business positions
  • Experience working in both agency settings and internal company roles; experience in high-growth or startup environments is preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to connect with and attract passive candidates across diverse talent markets
  • Experience bringing to bear non-traditional and niche sourcing channels, including diversity-focused events and communities
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of New York and/or global tech and business talent markets; fintech or financial services experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and systems (ATS such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms)
  • Ability to recruit and evaluate technical talent effectively. Knowledge of modern technology stacks like cloud and backend/frontend systems is required. Also, confidently support business and operational roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior collaborators
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$112,000$140,000 USD
