Role & Impact
You’ll build the team that builds Blinq. As Senior Recruiter, you’ll shape the future of our engineering capability. You'll partner directly with our founder, VP Eng, and Head of Talent to raise the bar on who we hire and how we hire them. This role is about craft, not coordination - a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who sees recruiting as a product, not a pipeline.
