This role will support one of the firm’s top-producing teams, delivering institutional-caliber investment analysis and valuations for high-profile commercial real estate assets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on complex real estate investment opportunities and sophisticated financial modeling in one of the most competitive commercial real estate markets in the country. The Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst will lead financial analysis and underwriting for the team’s active deal pipeline across a wide range of commercial real estate investment opportunities and will be responsible for producing institutional-quality financial models and valuation analyses that support pricing strategy, client advisory, marketing initiatives, and high-value transaction execution.

The base salary range for this role is $38.46 – $53.00 per hour.  Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance.
