工作职责
1、 负责洗地机子模块的机械结构设计，并能独立的完成设计任务：负责从产品需求分析、概念设计、方案评估与呈现、详细结构设计、原型制作到设计验证的全开发工作。
2、 驱动项目执行与落地：协助项目计划制定与进度管理；深度参与并主导DFM讨论，进行制造可行性分析，解决试产及量产中质量问题，执行零部件及整机的可靠性测试、性能测试方案。
3、 技术领导与团队赋能：指导工程师的设计工作，参与设计评审，提供专业和建设性的反馈，协助提升团队整体设计能力与效率。
4、 确保技术文档完整性：创建、审核设计技术文档，包括但不限于：详细工程图纸、BOM表、DFMEA、测试计划与报告、设计规格书等。
职位要求
1、 机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历
2、 6~8年及以上，商业，工业相关行业的机械结构设计经验（洗地机开发经验者优先）的独立机械结构设计经验，具备完整项目生命周期（从概念到量产）的成功案例。
3、 强烈的责任心、自驱力，能主导任务并确保项目按时高质量交付。
4、 能够清晰、高效地与跨职能团队进行技术沟通与协作，推动问题解决。
5、 深厚的机械工程技术功底，精通塑胶件（注塑）、金属件（压铸、冲压）、机加工等常用制造工艺的原理、材料选型、设计准则及成本影响因素，熟练掌握公差分析、尺寸链计算优先。
6、 精通Creo (Pro/E)，须通过Creo或相关软件实操能力测试，熟练运用主流CAE工具（如ANSYS Mechanical, Creo Simulate等）进行结构仿真分析者优先。
7、 有带领或指导设计团队（至少1-3人）的经验优先，展现良好的技术指导与协调能力。
8、 良好的分析与解决问题能力，能探索创新结构设计方案，有专利发明案例优先。
9、 良好的英文听读写能力，能流畅阅读英文技术文档、标准及邮件，口语表达流利优先。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for mechanical design for floorcare machine’s sub-modules independently, take charge of the full development stage—from requirement analysis, concept design, and solution evaluation to detailed design, prototyping, and verification.
2. Drive project delivery: support planning and scheduling; lead DFM discussions, assess manufacturing feasibility, fix quality issues in trial runs and mass production, and carry out reliability/performance tests for parts and the entire machine.
3. Provide technical leadership: guide engineers, join design reviews, offer expert feedback to lift the team’s design skills and efficiency.
4. Ensure all technical docs are complete: create and review engineering drawings, BOMs, DFMEAs, test plans/reports, and design specs.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
2. At least 6~8 years of independent mechanical structure design experience in commercial products & industrial products (preference floorcare machine development), with successful cases covering the full project lifecycle from concept to mass production.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; able to lead tasks and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
4. Capable of clear, efficient technical communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving.
5. Solid technical foundation in mechanical engineering; proficient in the principles, material selection, design criteria, and cost factors of common manufacturing processes such as plastic parts (injection molding), metal parts (die casting, stamping), and machining. Proficiency in tolerance analysis and dimension chain calculation is preferred.
6. Proficient in Creo (Pro/E) and must pass the practical operation test for Creo or related software. Priority will be given to those skilled in using mainstream CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, Creo Simulate) for structural simulation analysis.
7. Experience in leading or guiding a design team (at least 1-3 people) is preferred, with strong technical guidance and coordination abilities.
8. Excellent problem analysis and solving skills; able to explore innovative structural design solutions. Those with patent invention cases are preferred.
9. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; able to fluently read English technical documents, standards and emails. Fluent spoken English is preferred.
