About the Role:

• The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage cost and commercial matters for a PMC assignment on a major campus project.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets
• Monitor financial performance and variations
• Ensure compliance with cost control procedures
• Coordinate with project controls and finance teams

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience
• Mandatory cost management experience on a university or institutional campus project
