• Daily IR(CAT3 & QIM) cases management

• Product failure analysis with related department.

• Quality service on job site and quickly response(coordinator for customer complain handling)

• Propose onsite solutions to customer with other departments.

• Solve hot issues and FL escalated issues of improvement request

• Support quality feedback team’s key quality issue and urgent case.

• Provide necessary support to FL as a contact window.

• As employee, be responsible to follow up the EHS regulations and work instructions.
