Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for monitoring the output of production materials such as production process documents and standards according to the product project plan

Ø Handling of abnormal quality in the production process; Inspection record review and data statistical analysis, regular output analysis report

Ø Responsible for the whole process inspection control and quality exception handling from raw materials entering the factory to finished product shipment.

Ø Responsible for receiving and responding to customer complaints after mass production, writing 8D reports, and updating the quality record.

Ø Organize cross functions to conduct root cause analysis, formulate corrective/preventive measures, determine responsibility, and track and verify the corrective and preventive measures taken for internal/external quality problems or non-conformities found in daily audit.
组织多部门对内/外质量问题或日常审核过程发现的不符合项，进行原因分析、制定纠正/预防措施，责任判定，并对采取的纠正和预防措施进行跟踪验证
Ø Assist system engineers to formulate and optimize relevant quality management systems and quality system documents

Ø Assist the system engineer to complete the second-party audit, third-party audit, annual product and process audit, responsible for preparing audit material and correction
协助体系工程师完成二、三方审核及年度产品、过程审核，负责审核材料整理及审核问题整改
Ø Responsible for quality monitoring of new project development process, identifying potential quality problems to drive improvement, and tracking improvement results.
负责新项目开发过程质量监控，识别潜在质量问题推动改善，并跟踪改善效果
Ø Supervise inspector's process testing methods compared with WI definition to assure the test result quality
日常监督检验员与作业指导书定义的检测方法的操作合规性，以确保测量结果的准确性
Ø Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality report
准备质量日报、周报和月报等相关方面的工作
Ø Regular audit product line to detect potential risk and non-compliance, and push to close all the findings

Ø Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.

Job requirements:
任职要求：
Ø Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area, engaged in quality management for more than three years.
本科及以上学历，机械、材料、自动化及汽车制造类相关专业；从事质量管理工作三年以上
Ø Familiar with IATF16949 standard; Understand the five tools and use the seven methods of QC to collect and analyze quality-related data; Proficient in using Microsoft Office series of office software.
熟悉IATF16949标准知识；了解五大工具和运用QC七大手法，能收集、分析质量相关数据； 熟练使用Microsoft Office系列办公软件
Ø Understand the relevant standards of the automotive industry, be able to recognize CAD drawings or make CAD drawings.
了解汽车行业相关标准，能识别CAD图纸或制作CAD图纸
Ø Strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, planning decision-making skills and innovation skills.

Ø Good command of English reading and writing
