A Sr Quality Data Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining BI solutions that meet the needs and goals of the organization. They work with various data sources, such as databases, files, web services, and APIs, to transform them into meaningful and actionable insights. Their role includes designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions, ensuring they are reliable, secure, scalable, validated and user-friendly. They also act as data detectives, uncovering hidden patterns and trends to guide better business decisions. Their expertise in tools like SQL, Python, R and Power BI allows them to gather, clean, and analyze data, turning it into insightful dashboards and reports. This equips businesses with the information they need to optimize operations, target continuous improvement, and make data-driven choices for success. 

Job Description 

Integra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Quality Data Analyst to join Quality Data Analytics team in supporting our Quality Management initiatives by generating, populating, and streamlining Integra’s Measurement Systems and metrics, collaborating across departments and sites, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will work heavily with data, such as structuring, cleaning, and managing data. If you are highly detail-oriented, have advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and an eagerness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you. Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is a must! 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • ·       Propose and execute process improvements and standardization of metrics reporting. 
  • ·       Lead the design, development, population, and maintenance Quality Management review metrics, site collection metrics, and other technical data related to quality initiatives. 
  • ·       Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel functions to create and streamline data reports and data requests. 
  • ·       Execute at a high level within the Power BI Application, all levels of Dashboards and metrics development. 
  • ·       Collaborate with global manufacturers and sites across the organization to collect and analyze data or develop new metrics. 
  • ·       Work cross-departmentally with site teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in data management practices. 
  • ·       Support the governance and good data practices serving as a data steward or custodian as needed 
  • ·       Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to share current and future trends in measures and process improvement within Quality Management Systems and the full Data Life Cycle. 
  • ·       Develop and execute usability sessions with key user groups to drive enhancements and user satisfaction. 
  • ·       Demonstrate valued metrics and visualization delivery to our customers using data. 
  • ·       Perform validations and ensure the daily practices maintain the validated state. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • ·       Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering with experience in Life Sciences field with 7+ years experience. 
  • ·       Ability to formulate improvement ideas from concept to implementable plan. 
  • ·       Experience in data collating and management, metrics gathering and reporting. 
  • ·       Highly detail-oriented and self-starter on tasks and projects. 
  • ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent platform), including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools. 
  • ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • ·       Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with global and cross-departmental teams. 
  • ·       Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written both complex information and results to a variety of audiences. 
  • ·       Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • ·       Experience in GxP, Quality Systems, and FDA/notified body responses preferred. 
  • ·       Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Power BI and advanced platforms preferred. 

 

Added Bonus: 

  • ·       Delivery of quality management systems improvement demonstrate with related metrics. 
  • ·       Power BI application, dashboard design, development and deployment. 

 

Salary Pay Range:

$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
