Key Responsibilities
· Execute quality reviews, testing activities, or control checks based on defined QA standards/STLC and GTS eSDLC
· Lead 2–5 testing team members on assigned projects or workstreams, and provide day-to-day guidance, review test artifacts, and coach team members on testing practices
· Prepare and maintain test cases, checklists, evidence, and documentation, and ensure testing activities comply with defined QA standards, processes, and timelines
· Identify, log, and track defects, issues, and quality gaps to resolution
· Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions
· Ensure appropriate coverage for functional, regression, UAT, automation, performance and risk-based testing
· Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives
· Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Business teams to resolve quality issues
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
· 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing / Process Control
· Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
· Hand-on testing experience on Data-related testing and Python scripts.
· Experience working with documentation, defect tracking, and reporting tools
· Prior experience leading or mentoring junior QA resources
· Experience working with global or offshore teams
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
· Knowledge of test management, automation tools, or control testing
· Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, PMP
